Posthotel Taube features 48 rooms and suites with a British style. Rooms include real wood furniture and natural stone bathrooms. Room choices range from Taube Classic Family to Adler Suite and Jäger Suite. Some rooms have a private sauna, balcony, or private elevator. Alpgues Zirbe rooms include an additional living area. Taube Relax rooms feature a Finnish sauna. Adler Suites offer a master bedroom, an extra double bedroom, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, and private elevator access. Jäger Suites include an open fireplace, corner bench, oak table, private sauna, and freestanding bathtub. All self-sufficient single and double apartments have private kitchenettes, sanitary facilities, and a balcony.

The hotel has multiple dining options, including an à la carte restaurant with an open charcoal grill and Chef's Table. Schurle Halle offers a sophisticated bar in the former post office building. The Jagdhaus provides a place for gatherings. The Taube Garden has a garden pavilion with a Teppanyaki Grill. The hotel's wine cellar offers wine tastings. The Taubenkeller is available for events. Chef Oliver Fleisch and F & B Manager Leon Walk serve non-alcoholic drinks, draft beer, Schruns wheat beer, and Augustiner Schnitt.
